Why are your meals better than a pouch or jar?
Pouches and jars are a quick and easy solution for when you're out and about with no access to a microwave. Logan's Plate meals are not a replacement, but a fresh, homemade alternative. You can see, smell and taste all of the ingredients, unlike with the mush that comes out of a pouch.
They're very expensive, why?
All of the ingredients are fresh and where possible organic. This increases the cost of the meal to make. We're also a small business making smaller amounts, so we don't benefit from wholesale discounts.
Can I choose a preferred delivery day?
Unfortunately not. To guarantee ultimate freshness we cook the meals within 24hrs of the ingredients being delivered or collected.
What if I'm not in?
We'll leave your box on your doorstep or in a safe place on your property.
How do the meals arrive? What packaging is used?
We deliver the meals in a cardboard box with Woolcool insulation and sorba-freeze cool blocks. Using Woolcool is much more environmentally friendly than other leading insulators.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as it is before 12 noon on your delivery day, and within our delivery radius. You will need to do this by phone by calling 0203 0028 486
I've had all the meals, are there more options?
We will be launching new meals regularly so keep checking. If there's a particular meal you'd like us to make for you, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
How do I order?

Where do you get the ingredients from, are they all organic?
Our ingredients come from a variety of organic stockists: Choice Organics, Planet Organic, Tesco, French's Farm and Waitrose. Currently all of our ingredients are organic except for our Salmon - which is sustainably sourced.
Is there a minimum order? I don't have to subscribe?
There is a minimum order, this is explained in the checkout area. No need to subscribe, simply order weekly for delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or postpone your order by 12 noon the day before your confirmed delivery day. There may be a charge for cancellation but you can postpone for free.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
All of our baby meals are gluten free, our toddler meals do contain gluten. All allergy information is available within the ingredients list of each meal.
When is cut off for Tuesday deliveries?
Friday 9am for delivery Tuesday.

Is there a delivery charge?
No charge for delivery in our core area, if you are in our extended delivery area there could be a £4.95 charge. There is a minimum order (you can see what the minimum is in the shopping basket).
